Business Development Manager
A new and exciting role focused on closing, onboarding and ensuring successful trials and subsequent growth of Lead Insight’s future opportunities. Along with your manager, you will develop the strategy to target key decision makers and closing these prospects.

Lead Insights vision is to create a robust and scalable digital marketing platform that drives long-term growth. As a technical and data driven business we recognise the key role quality sales professionals play in helping us to achieve this.
We expect much of Lead Insights growth to come from great ideas our team members generate. The Sales team deliver a unique set of bespoke solutions which have contributed to Lead Insights current and past success.

- 1 Year + B2B experience
- Proven track record of onboarding and managing clients
Beneficial Skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft products (XL, Word and Outlook)
- Full UK driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Working with junior & senior team members to discuss, plan and move into new markets
- Develop and improve your own approach and process, using methods such as phone, email and LinkedIn
- Manage the full Sales Cycle, from identifying a new sales opportunity, to closing the deal, to account management
- Approach and build relationships with prospective customers by exceeding daily call targets
- Pitch Lead Insight to prospective clients and agree deals, ensuring ROI for our clients and profitability for Lead insight

- Demonstrable experience of commercial development
- Lean/Agile environment exposure, with continual improvement focus
- Commercial awareness of business impact alongside sales excellence
- Clear ability to prioritise tasks and drive them through to completion
